Workshop/Lecture #2 "Are
You 'Sandwiched' In-between?
Wednesday, May 25, 2011 ~ 6:30 - 8:30 pmFor more information please send e-mail to Davis@iACT-now.com
For the first time in American family history there are as
many as six generations alive simultaneously, across a century of
knowledge, cultures, attitudes, and social differences.
Many of these multi-generational families are struggling with
the new economic normal, shouldering the responsibilities of added family
obligations, and unique generational challenges that stretch their
limited resources. Some 17
MILLION American families are caught in-between helping aging parents and
supporting boomerang children/grandchildren, while preparing for their own
retirement. These challenges are an everyday reality and part of an ever
growing 21st century phenomenon called the ‘Sandwich
Generation.’ It is likely you
or someone you know is sandwiched.
This workshop/lecture is designed to help ask and answer:
“What do we need to know?” “What can be done?” “How do we know
if we are a candidate to be ‘Sandwiched’?”
“Where can we find help?”
Join us to learn some “do’s and don’ts.”
